Dickies has launched its latest national multi-media marketing program, United By Good Work, to honour the dignity of work. The fall campaign, United by Good Work, builds on 2020’s United by Inspiration campaign, which reflects the world’s state of isolation and craving for unity through inspiration by shining a light on the good work that has been accomplished and still remains to be accomplished.
One such community project is The Grove DIY in South East London. Featuring an exclusive video tour, a candid look at the vacant and overgrown pub car park will showcase how it was transformed into a true DIY skatepark. Despite the covid pandemic that hit the city and lockdowns, the collaborative community hub has thrived. There have been those passionate about ensuring its future; if not for the long-term, the building has survived what seemed like an imminent demolition. From an unsightly eyesore, there is now a place that will provide a legacy and forever be remembered by the community.
