DKNY x Jeremyville.
Step into the new New York with DKNY, reinterpreted by Jeremyville, a renowned Brooklyn-based artist, product designer and author, in the style of DKNY’s hometown.
DKNY’s city attitude is combined with Jeremyville’s distinctive illustrations to create a capsule that captures the hustle and optimism that a New York renaissance has to offer.
With a limited edition and unisex nature, the collection encompasses monochromatic graphics on a bucket hat, a variety of tees, and a denim jacket – featuring an assortment of characters and icons. As part of Jeremyville‘s aim to portray the city he loves in an abstracted and stylized way, the collection pays homage to classic New York iconography, neon signs, skyscrapers, and street characters. “I visited my local cafe and sketched my take on the creative energy and vibrant feeling of Downtown New York,” he explains.
The capsule’s inspiration is rooted in New York imagery. “A manhole, a taxi cab, the Brooklyn Bridge, and beyond. Phrases like “Hopes and Dreams”, “Spread Hugs”, and “Stay alive in the 9-5” are all testaments to DKNY’s woman and man alike.
