Kidill creative director, Hiroaki Sueyasu gets in touch with the “inner pureness” he believes defines the punk mentality for Spring/Summer 2022. Incorporating the surreal artworks of Trevor Brown, the collection celebrates the purity in madness, a concept coexisting in Brown’s work that Hiroaki wanted to explore in his latest pieces.
“It has taught me that evanescence, fragility, chaos, madness all exist in very close proximity”
The collection is shown at Sogetsu Plaza in Tokyo and also unveiled new collaboration, “Kinbaku” with rope artist Hajime Kinoko that highlights physical restraint and mental freedom.
