PAUSE Eats: Banoffee Yoghurt Pots

Banoffee Yoghurt Pots – 15 minute prep time – Serves 5

  • 500g Lancashire Farm Natural Bio Yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp salted caramel sauce (plus a little extra to serve, if you fancy!)
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 60g toffee popcorn
  • 10g chocolate, grated (we used dark, but you can use whatever you want)

Pour the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.

Mix well to combine the ingredients.

Slice the bananas.

Divide half of the yogurt mix between 6 glasses or bowls.

Top each glass with sliced banana and 1tbsp of caramel sauce.

Spoon over the remaining yogurt mix, and top with any remaining banana slices.

Add the toffee popcorn.

Drizzle some more salted caramel sauce.

Sprinkle grated chocolate over the top (feel free to add more caramel sauce if you really want to…)

Serve and enjoy!
